Being a Teenager is hard. Being a teenager with supernatural/ gifted powers is extreme.
The quiestions are, How could this happen? Why did this happen? When did it happen? Why were we the ones chosen for these traits?
Well we have no idea. But we do know that we should help them. They need to controll their powers and be able to learn more about themselves. They need to be able to defend themselfs and help people when they need it. Thats why they came up with a pretty decent orginazation.
These Gifted adults who learned to control their powers asked many superior persons if they could do it. Once the government decided that it was too dangerous for all these people to be walking around with powers that they can't control, they decided that would be much safer. So they gave them an island to work with and a good amount of money so they could start working on it.
After a long time it was all finished. It was paradise. No matter what, nothing could make this place boring.
But besides these kids and teachers, there are adults that also learn about their abilities too, they get their own apartment on one side of the island. They have spa's and their own stores that they enjoy. They have the choice not to live on the island but most of them decide to come. They don't know what they are expecting so they have their own choices. Although they may live there, they may not come around anyone that much or show up for anything special.
The school itself is pretty big. It has regular classes like any other school and it has the classes they need to survive and to learn about their powers. They have just about everything. Their dorms are huge, but you have to share a room with one other person, which isn't too bad. You get you're own bathroom to each room, not a huge bathroom for everyone in that wing.
These kids and adults have a nice life ahead of them. They even have their own Mall and Kwik-E-Mart. They may not see it coming but they do. They have all different resturants that they can work at and maybe even get their own buisness. It's their life and they can plan it anyway they want. They can act childish or become mature. This orginization may change who they are and who they plan to be. They could actually attend their classes or just sit at home and do nothing. They could go to the new Hot Topic or the Abrocrombie at the mall any day they want. They could go skating in the skatepark or eat and Red Robin.
They have a variety of things to do and they can't wait to see what's coming. They just don't understand yet that they are in for a big suprise when they see this place.
